FAQ

Can PDFs with ordinary links or page jumps be processed?

This release rejects interactive actions, including ordinary links, internal page jumps, automatic actions and JavaScript. These contents are not removed automatically; use a document without interactive actions.

How long are files kept?

Tasks expire after one hour by default and can no longer be accessed. A scheduled cleanup removes them. Download your files in time.

Can every PDF be processed?

This release rejects PDFs with digital signatures, interactive forms, attachments or interactive actions, including links and page jumps. Text extraction from scanned PDFs requires a future OCR feature.
